About Black Angus - steak house in Little Rock, Arkansas
Customer Review Summary
The restaurant Black Angus offers weekly specials that customers enjoy, particularly for families. While some drive-thru burgers disappointed, onion rings received praise for being fresh and crispy. The casual, no-frills atmosphere is seen as charming, and the overall food experience was mostly positive, with friendly service. However, some customers found their meals bland or improperly prepared, leading to mixed reviews on portion sizes and seasoning. Instances of poor customer service were reported, with complaints about incorrect to-go orders and unhelpful responses to concerns. Despite some negative experiences, many customers still highlight the quality of the food and express a willingness to return.

So reminds me of Minute Man. Weekly specials are killer and my kids love hiding the toy soldiers as recommended.

Went through the drive through for lunch. We got the black angus burger and the mushroom swiss burgers and onion rings. The onion rings were fresh, crispy, and great. Burgers were a little bit of a let down. The beef had a pretty good flavor but overall the burgers were a bit lacking. Next time we'll eat in and try some more items from the menu, but maybe not the burgers.

Not a white cloth joint, but that’s its charm. If you want to walk up and order your food at a register, still get some steak with a tator, then be on your way it’s a hard place to beat. Food was good and a customer gave me a free pc of cake they didn’t want. Great experience.

I had a triple Cheeseburger with extra cheese, fries and a pop for under 14.00 , these days that's a fair price , my food was hot , severed rather quickly considering it was busy , and very friendly service

I had the bacon cheddar burger combo. Portion size was small, no salt on fries and the burger was bland. Was just meh, wouldn't go out my way too go back.

Terrible treatment. We brought the condion of the food to their attention, and their reply was “don't worry about it” We will not be returning .

I normally never have an issue when eating inside, but tonight, I did to go order... and the order wasn't correct.. I should have checked before I got all the way home (my mistake), but it's been a long, rough day... and didn't. Now I know better. Potato was completely plain.... I ordered a loaded spud on this order and asked for chili as well, and the young lady who took the order even repeated it back. It didn't make it on there... nothing else made it either. The only thing I asked for was no bacon ( that part was correct). The other dinner that had a loaded spud was correct.. 🤷♀️ And here is the other dinner that was incorrect as well...🤦♀️🤦♀️ The $72.00 was not worth it tonight. I understand everyone has off nights. So I get it, I'm not mad. It was just a slight letdown.
