I absolutely love going to Texas Roadhouse with my family of five! Weekends can get busy, and we often have to wait 45 minutes or longer to get seated, but we don’t mind at all. The wait is always worth it, especially because of the delicious fresh bread—it’s my favorite part of the meal! The margaritas are consistently on point, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. The lively atmosphere and friendly staff add to the charm of the restaurant. One suggestion I have is to add more benches outside for those busy weekends; it would make the wait a bit more comfortable for families like mine. Overall, I highly recommend Texas Roadhouse for a fun family outing filled with great food and a welcoming vibe!

My boyfriend took me to your Cactus Rd. location for my 65th Birthday. I must say, there was not one thing I could complain about. Everything was 100%. Although it’s a bit out of budget to visit on a more weekly or monthly basis, I will certainly come back for special occasions. But perhaps I could visit a bit more by ordering an appetizer as my meal. We will be back! Oh P.S. there is something I ordered that I was not a fan of…The Macaroni and cheese…and that’s only because there was onions in it…I don’t like onions, lol And my favorite was your appetizer shrimp with sweet chili, which would be the first pic. Kudos to whoever came up with this recipe!

Everything was great. Food was delicious and cooked hot. Rob was our server. He was very very busy but still engaged us and the manager on duty was checking on everyone. Thanks for making my daughter’s bday special!

We wanted to give a shout out to our waiter, Davon. He was wonderful! Honestly, one of the best waiters we’ve ever had. He was very attentive, kind and friendly. He was almost like a mind reader he came out with things we needed before we ever had to ask. We came on Friday evening in the prime of dinner time. It was crazy busy and the wait was somewhat long, but once seated the service was really quick and great. Thank you so much! Davon deserves a raise :)

Terrible pick up order accidentally ordered at Goodyear location instead of the one on westgate. Kids cheese burgers was raw and my 3 year old son had already taken two bites also missing kids drink. Ordered tender family meal an the tenders were so small very few actual tenders but I guess if we ain’t dining in they just going to serve shitty product an quality Also paid extra for loaded mash potato’s didn’t receive the topping called a let them know but didn’t resolve the issue like they said they would as I wasn’t able to drive another 20 min back there. 90$ order never again will order at this location.

I am from Germany Me and a friend got some food here: -best fries I had since I am in the states so far -nice and friendly service -it was totally packed with people, but the waiting time for our food was still good -its was too loud there, i had to almost scream to talk or be right next to someone

We went on a Monday night and we're surprised that a party of 6 had no wait and were immediately seated. Our waitress was awesome and was on top of everything and the food was great as always. Only reason for 4 stars is the crowded parking lot due to the gym overflow.

The food and service are good, but it's too loud for me. You barely get sat down when the first of many birthday celebrations happens, and the wait staff seems to compete to see who can be the loudest. Makes it hard to talk to your companions. If you enjoy the adult chuck e cheese experience, by all means but the food, while good, isn't good enough for me to choose to eat there. Side note, you can take the small pail of prepackaged peanuts off the tables. That phase is over and it just takes up table space.
