To start, the waiter was amazing. He kept filling our drinks. He also made sure we always had something on the table and once we finished one part of the meal he would bring out the next course. We started with onion rings as an app, and I haven't been here before so it was a surprise to see how well the food was cooked. We did the 3 course dinner deal and I got a steak that I asked for medium and I have not been to a steak house where they actually cooked the meat correct! So tender and melt in your mouth amazing. My girlfriend got the salmon and normally the bottom skin is still on, but here the skin was not on, the sauce complimented the mean and everything was just so tender. I will definitely be back. Everything about this place was amazing. I told them I had a fish allergy and when the server went into detail how they have sections where they cook the meats and seafood as different they made even more careful not to mix. I just give this place a 20 out of 10 if I could

This place came highly recommended from one of my co-workers and I have to say that she was spot on with this one. My girl and I went here for an early dinner. The ambience is giving and the crowd is casually upbeat. Dina was our hostess and was very open to getting us a booth where we wanted. Then the star of the show Taylor, our server; explained everything in detail was very delightful and entertaining. The manager Matt, was also great and made sure everything was to our liking. Which it was and then some. Well, for starters we had the Philly cheese steak rolls and bacon deviled eggs. They were very scrumptious. Then my girl had the tomahawk pork chop meal with broccoli and smoked and charred carrots, and I had the Cajun ribeye meal with broccoli and asparagus. Both of the meals were absolutely divine. I do not even like cooked carrots, but I do like these carrots. The best compliment I can say is they have some vegetable items that I do not usually eat but the way they prepare them makes me want to taste them. I will be back time and time again for sure. Prices are reasonable for what you receive and the chefs deserve a medal. Bartenders were awesome as well coming to our table with freshly shaken not stirred drinks. I have to come back and try everything at least once. All in all you must see this place to become believers like we did!!!

The husband and I went here recently for our 10 year anniversary, and while we were expecting a nice little date night out, this place far exceeded our expectations! Our server, I believe his name was Justin, offered up friendly, top tier service. It was quite busy, and as a prior waitress myself I was very impressed with his attentiveness throughout our service. He also assisted us in choosing the perfect steak. He more than earned the 30% tip that we gave, and honestly wish we could’ve done more because we would have. I got the New York Strip w/ the butter topping, my husband got the Cajun ribeye— both were INSANELY good. I will say their Cajun is apparently pablano, more southwest, and while it’s really good, if you’re expecting a more traditional southern Cajun, it isn’t that. We’ve been searching for a great steak since Monti’s in Tempe closed, and this is it for us. I usually get well done (I know, I know) but I actually prefer medium well, but most steakhouses just can’t get it right where it’s just a hint of pink, it’s always under. This place NAILED IT. God, that steak won’t be leaving my mind for some time… I got the loaded baked potato and my husband got the Parmesan mashed potatoes, both were incredible. In fact, everything we tried we were blown away by, down to the house bread and Caesar salad. I got my first ever martini, and it was really good, especially the blue cheese stuffed olives. I still want to know the side sauce for the deviled eggs, because I KNOW that wasn’t just your average sriracha, Justin 😏 The atmosphere was nice, wasn’t too loud or too quiet, just enough to be able to have a private discussion in a normal tone. By the end of our meal we were stuffed, I had to get a to go box for mine, but they gave us a cute anniversary dessert, their crème brûlée cheesecake, and it was so light and airy we were able to split it and the flavor was absolutely divine. All in all, we will absolutely be back!

Overall a great experience here as my family of 6 had dinner here, on our last night of vacation. Our server, Heather, was outstanding! The entrees were basic, the drinks were good and the deviled eggs were our favorite. Starters: Deviled eggs with bacon (amazing!), BLT side salad and ranch rings Drinks: Double Black Diamond and Always in Fashion Entrees: Bleu Cheese Filet with mash, Cajun Ribeye with baked potato, NY strip with BLT butter and mash, Sirloin with BLT butter with mash and street corn, kid’s cheeseburger with tots and fruit and kids chicken wings with mac and broccoli. Dessert: Brownie Sundae (to go) Both drinks were delicious, the Double Black Diamond is shaken and poured at table. We all loved the deviled eggs, they were delicious! The steaks were okay, mashed potatoes were a little weird. Street corn was spicy and baked potato was great. The kids Mac looked like plain noodles. The kids burger was a double patty, so big! Brownie for dessert the next day was yummy!

I came here for the first time for my birthday dinner. I had made reservations for 12 of us. They was a wait because of how busy it was but the manager Mike and Matt were amazing for just being so attentive and considerate that They gave us appetizers on the house. They were so friendly. I can’t even explain how amazing they were. The food was spectacular! The drinks here were ao good ,the bartender made us the best drinks because we didn’t know what we wanted. The deserts were amazing omg you must try. The pricing here was not bad at all. I will definitely be coming back here.

Was sitting at CB&CB when I noticed this restaurant. They had better reviews and so I decided to go. I ordered the Lobster fondue salmon with mushrooms on the side and a cup of tortilla soup. All of it was phenomenal! The complementary bread was so delicious, I took one to go! Matthew G was my server , he was so good! Give that man a raise ! I’ll be back!

Great place for a special meal. The drinks were very good! I had prime rib, and it was cooked perfectly. The parm potatoes were yummy and a good complement. The tomato bisque was unique and very flavorful. My wife had the sirloin, and she loved it. The proprietor came to the table and chatted. Service was quick and appropriate. Great place!

I suggest a Sunday early dinner, especially since you can beat the holiday shoppers. Get a booth, order a couple of their signature cocktails, and a delicious Durango burger with the cider slaw. Delicious!!! The patio looked comfy but we wanted to stay warm inside. Our hostess and server were absolutely on top of everything. The bar looked inviting, but I will save that for a happy hour visit (weekdays only). I've been to the P83 location several times years ago and always loved their burgers. This new restaurant did not disappoint!
